Daylily Meat Spring Rolls
Overview
There is one must-have snack for our New Year’s Eve dinner, and that is spring rolls! Today I tried for the first time a stuffing made of soaked dried day lily and mixed with minced meat. It tasted good!

Soak the dried day lily, wash it and remove the stems

Bought minced pork

Cut the daylily into small pieces and mix with the minced pork, then chop everything evenly

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine

Add some salt and sugar to taste

Add some light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir

Finally sprinkle with pepper and sesame oil and mix well

Take a spring roll wrapper and put an appropriate amount of meat filling

Wrap the spring rolls well

Heat the oil pan until it is 50% hot

Put the spring rolls into the oil pan
