Grilled lamb kebabs ㊙️Marination is the key❗️ (oven version)
Overview
Home-made lamb kebabs are very simple, and the oven-roasted taste is also very good, no worse than on the street. The mutton is cut into cubes and marinated, very tasty, and the meat is fresh and tender

Ingredients
Steps
-
grams of mutton, soaked in blood.
-
Cut into evenly sized pieces.
-
Add salt, white pepper, cumin powder, barbecue ingredients, egg white, onion, and ginger to the mutton pieces, and mix well.
-
Then add a small amount of cornstarch and mix evenly, then add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to mix (the purpose is to prevent starch from desizing and keep the mutton tender).
-
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for more than 2-3 hours.
-
To thread the skewers, soak the bamboo skewers in salt water and clean them in advance (about 20 skewers per pound of meat).
-
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance to 200°C. Place the mutton skewers on a plate and cover with tin foil.
-
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes (take out and turn over halfway through).
-
For the last five minutes, take it out and sprinkle with cumin barbecue seasoning and chili powder, then put it back in the oven to continue baking.
-
If the fat part of the mutton skewers turns yellow and sizzles with oil, it means it's done.

It's delicious. It's home-made clean and hygienic. You can enjoy it once you eat it.
