Mix the flour and yeast with warm water and put it in a warm pot to rise for 3 hours.

Cut the pork into cubes and add the flour sauce, mix well, then add minced ginger and chopped green onion, then marinate with a little peanut oil.

Wash celery.

Chop the celery into mince, add oil, salt, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce to the meat filling, stir well.
