Smash and dice the garlic and dice the green onions

Wash the eggplant and cut into thick slices so that it tastes better

Put the eggplant slices into the pan and fry over medium heat until the edges appear charred on both sides. No need to add oil

Put lard in the pot. If there is no lard, put vegetable oil. Add garlic and onion and stir-fry over low heat

Continue to add light soy sauce and fry until the sauce smells fragrant. Add oyster sauce, sugar, thirteen spices and white pepper and fry over low heat. When fragrant, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
