Dry-roasted hairtail
Overview
I usually buy a lot of ingredients on my days off from work. When I buy fish, I pack it in the freezer in advance. When I want to eat fish, I defrost it in the morning and cook it right after get off work. A quick dish that goes well with meals, satiates cravings and is nutritious. Suitable for office workers.

Clean the hairtail fish, dip it in dry flour, and fry it in oil.

Fry the hairtail until golden brown on both sides and remove.

Heat oil and fry aniseed until fragrant. Add onion, ginger and garlic to the pot. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Add appropriate amount of hot water.
