Hot Pot Tofu with Chicken Sauce
Overview
The tofu is coated in egg liquid, fried until it forms, and served with chicken sauce. It is really fresh and tender tofu, very delicious!

Cut the tofu into thick slices and cut into triangular pieces (any shape).

Beat three eggs and prepare cornstarch.

Chop onion and garlic into mince, cut dried chili into shreds and set aside.

Coat the tofu with a layer of cornstarch and shake off excess starch.

Coat evenly with egg wash.

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% warm.

Add the tofu coated in egg liquid and fry slowly over low heat.

Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Pour in the remaining egg liquid and fry until set.

Add half a bowl of water.

Add 2 tablespoons of chicken juice, minced onion and garlic, and a little salt to taste.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes until the flavor is absorbed.

Finally, sprinkle with dried chili shreds, drizzle with sesame oil, and stir evenly.

Remove from pan and plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
