Bacon, ham and vegetable pizza
Overview
I'm a huge slacker. I love pizza, but the thought of making that crust makes me lose the desire to eat pizza. One time, I made too much noodles, which made me think, why not make more at once and freeze them, so that it is not difficult to eat whenever I want. Therefore, I usually make 4 pie crusts every time, which is enough for us to eat for half a month. Below are the ingredients I used to make four 8-inch pizza crusts.

Ingredients for preparing pizza (can make 4 8-inch pieces): 600g high-precision flour, 5g yeast, 330ml warm water, 40g olive oil, 10g salt

Mix yeast and warm water

Mix high-precision flour and yeast water, add olive oil and salt, and knead into a smooth dough

Beat the dough until it is smooth, roll it into a round shape, place it in a container, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment (in cold weather, you can put hot water in a basin under it, or directly ferment it in the fermentation function of the oven) until the dough ferments to double its original volume

Take out the dough that has completed the initial fermentation, divide it into 4 small doughs of the same amount (the picture shows me making 3 small doughs for the first time, and the dough feels a bit thick), then roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap for the second fermentation, about thirty or forty minutes.

Roll out the fermented dough into a round thin dough. If you like thicker edges, you can roll the edges thicker and use a fork to make even holes in the dough. (I have frozen it in the picture. You can take it out and enjoy it anytime you want)

Next, make the pizza sauce. You can skip this step if you have pizza sauce. If you don’t have it, make your own: chop onions and tomatoes separately. Pour olive oil into the pot, add the minced onions and stir-fry until the onions are golden brown, add the diced tomatoes and continue to stir-fry. Add tomato paste, salt, basil, black pepper, and a little water and cook until it becomes a thick sauce

Grease the bottom of the baking pan with a little butter and place the crust on it. Then pour the fried pizza sauce on the crust.

Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Pour olive oil into the pot, add bacon and ham, when it turns white, add the onion, if it is a little golden, add the bell pepper, add a little black pepper and salt. Finally, put the fried pizza filling on the crust

Spread another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza filling.

Preheat the oven and bake up and down at 200 degrees. Brush the outer crust of the pizza evenly with a layer of whole egg wash, place it in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Take it out about 16 minutes in the middle and sprinkle some shredded cheese on it, and you can take it out and eat
