Preserved eggs, ginger, garlic, and pickled mustard (not photographed)

Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces (the preserved eggs can be boiled for a few minutes before cutting to make them easier to cut)

Place on plate

Chop mustard into fine pieces

Mix minced ginger and garlic, minced mustard mustard, cold soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and a little sugar to make a sauce

Pour the sauce onto the preserved eggs and mix well before eating. To make it look better, I sprinkled some cooked carrots (this can be ignored).
