Grilled hairtail
Overview
The taste of this hairtail is basically made according to the Western style. It is grilled to make it charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The seasoning was originally to use onions and cinnamon powder, but there were no onions at home, so I used green onions instead. Instead of using Chinese vinegar, I used lemon juice to remove the fishy smell. The grilled hairtail fish is quite delicious. My son likes it dipped in ketchup, he says it tastes better that way.
