Main ingredients

Peel tomatoes and cut into pieces, shred onions, slice ginger, and cut green onions into sections

Wash the beef and blanch it in cold water. After boiling, skim off the foam

Remove the blanched beef

Put a little oil in the pot, add onion shreds and stir-fry until fragrant.

After sautéing the onions, add the chopped tomatoes and fry until soft

Add the blanched beef

Add all seasonings
-
Add more hot water than beef

Put on the fire, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer

Simmer until the meat is tender and the soup is thick (about 1 hour)
