Appetizer - shredded pork with pickled vegetables
Overview
The deliciousness of pickled vegetables cannot be replaced by other ingredients, but because it contains nitrite, there are fewer and fewer opportunities to eat it now. Every spring, I still like to add some shredded pork and stir-fry bamboo shoots. It goes very well with rice. I also like to add some noodles and some shredded pickled pickled bamboo shoots. It is delicious!
