Waffles
Overview
The original recipe for this waffle used butter. Since I didn’t want to eat too much butter, I changed the butter to walnut oil, which makes it healthier to eat. Eat baked waffles with yogurt and fruit, which is convenient and delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Now pour the milk, eggs, rock sugar powder and honey into the bread bucket
-
Flour and yeast are then added
-
First stir the dough slightly until it forms into large sheets, then add walnut oil. Do not add walnut oil at the beginning. The post-oiling method will make the dough stretch better after kneading
-
At the end of a dough mixing process, knead the dough to the expansion stage and the film can be pulled out.
-
Cover the bucket with a wet drawer cloth to keep it moist and ferment until it doubles in size. The dough has risen a bit, and the surface is a little stained on the drawer cloth.
-
Divide the dough into 6 pieces, cover with plastic wrap and ferment again for about half an hour, allowing the dough to expand to about 2 times in size
-
Preheat the waffle iron for about 1 minute on each side, then brush with vegetable oil. Only the first one needs to be brushed with oil, but not after that.
-
Put in two pieces of dough
-
Press the mold tightly, bake on low heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Keep turning over during baking to prevent burning.
-
Both sides are browned, and it basically takes 4 minutes to bake
-
The baked waffles were sprinkled with a little rock sugar powder for taking pictures
-
It can also be eaten with yogurt and fruit, which is also very good.
