Steamed loofah with clams

Prepare materials.

Put the clams that have spit out the sand into a cooking pot and blanch them. Take the clam meat and set aside.

Clean and peel the loofah, cut into strips and set aside.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Leave an appropriate amount of oil in the wok and stir-fry the loofah (let the water come out of the loofah)

Put the fried loofah into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, concentrated chicken juice, oil and garlic, and stir evenly.
