Stir-fried fresh shrimps
Overview
The Chinese New Year is coming, and chicken, fish, meat, and shrimp are essential dishes for the New Year family banquet. But eating too much will always make you feel too greasy. And too many cooking-based dishes will also consume a lot of time. The stir-fried shrimps I made are simply seasoned with chili peppers, onions, ginger and garlic. Not only is it very simple to make, but it is also spicy and appetizing. Served with the steamed buns from my hometown, it is an excellent choice for the Chinese New Year
