Secret Sausage Pizza
Overview
I had barbecue at night and made my own barbecue sauce. I suddenly thought of using it to make pizza and found it to be super delicious! Fragrant and rich. Since I cut the pizza into pieces in the kitchen, you can’t see the string in the photo, but in fact, you can actually pull out a lot of string when you bite into it!

Put all the cake dough into the bread machine, stir and ferment, take out some high-gluten flour and knead it to release the air, divide it into 2 equal parts, take one part of the cutting board and sprinkle a little flour on your hands, and flatten it;

Use a rolling pin to roll it while rotating it, and roll it into a round shape slightly larger than the embryonic disk (I used an 8-inch disk);

The secret pizza sauce can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator. It is delicious for barbecue and pizza: 1 medium-sized onion, 3 peeled garlic cloves, 1 slice of ginger, 6 dried chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of very fresh soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mature vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of starch, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, grind in a blender, mix well, and bottle;

Brush the risen dough with a layer of secret sauce;

Add 1/4 grated mozzarella cheese;

Add a layer of tomato slices;
