Braised Fish Nuggets

I came home early from get off work today and saw my mother preparing to cook fish. I quickly took out my phone to take pictures!

Prepared grass carp pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add dried chilies.

Turn to low heat and fry the fish pieces in the oil pan.

Fry one side and then the other side.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add shredded ginger and garlic.

Add appropriate amount of white wine.

Add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce.

Stir gently and mix well.

Add water all at once.

After the water boils, cover the pot and cook (it is said to remove the fishy smell)

Cook until fragrant.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

Remove from pot and plate.
