Overview
Shiitake mushrooms have been called longevity vegetables since ancient times. It is rich in nutrients and has a refreshing aroma. It is a high-protein, low-fat health food. It has the functions of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, calming the mind and beautifying, replenishing the stomach, detoxifying, and anti-tumor.

Clean the rapeseed, pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add baking soda, then blanch the rapeseed in water for ten to twenty seconds, remove the supercooled water, and blanch the mushrooms in water and set aside.

Chop the vegetables and squeeze out excess water from the rapeseed and shiitake mushrooms.
