Fried eggs with chives
Overview
I prefer to use eggs for cooking, firstly because of the nutritional value of eggs themselves. The second is because of the taste of eggs. It has its own flavor but doesn't interfere with the ingredients it's paired with.

Beat the eggs, add cooking wine and salt and mix well. Wash and cut the leeks into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the stirred eggs, fry both sides until golden and serve.

Leave oil in the pot, add leeks and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little salt and oyster sauce, then add eggs and mix well.
