Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice

In autumn, I specially dried some lotus leaves myself. The fresh lotus leaves I selected and dried were all very good. With these collections, you can eat delicacies with the fragrance of lotus leaves at any time.

Chop the ribs into sections, add oyster sauce, special soy sauce, salt, pepper, shredded onions and ginger, and rice wine

Mix well and marinate for 1 hour

Soak the glutinous rice in water a day in advance, soak the rice until it can be crushed by hand, and strain out the water.

Roll the marinated pork ribs in the rice to coat with glutinous rice
