My family is obsessed with leeks and I love to eat them with any combination. I never get tired of eating dumpling fillings. You can mix and match the fillings as you like. Volkswagen's pork is paired with Volkswagen's leeks as a filling. Although it is ordinary, it is delicious and healthy. A favorite.

Mix the wheat flour and water into a dough and let it rest.

Put the pork stuffing into a container, add salt, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, white sugar, pepper, and minced ginger and stir in one direction.

Pick and chop the leeks.

Put the leeks and the stirred pork filling together and mix well. Add sesame oil, salt and green onion and mix well to form a dumpling filling.
