Squid Assorted Pizza

To be honest, this is my first time making pizza. I thought it was very complicated at first, but after trying it myself, I realized that it’s not that difficult. And I didn’t expect that the result would be exactly what I wanted

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and sugar to the flour, add yeast powder and mix well

Slowly add water and mix into flocculation, then knead into a smooth dough; cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment

Time to ferment dough and prepare side dishes

Cut onions and bell peppers into small dices; cut crispy sausage into small pieces; clean and cut squid into small sections of about one centimeter; add salt and rice wine to marinate

Heat oil in a pan, add watery onions, bell peppers, and squid tentacles and stir-fry for a few dozen seconds

Let the dough rise until doubled in size. Then knead out air bubbles to form a smooth dough

Roll out the dough and print out the dough according to the size of the mold

Apply a layer of oil on the bottom of the mold and put the dough in (I used a 12cm pie plate and a 6-inch cake mold)

Poke some holes with a fork to prevent them from swelling during baking

Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the pizza dough and sprinkle with appropriate amount of Marisula cheese

Then put the squid tentacles and crispy sausage

Then add chopped bell peppers and onions

Finally, sprinkle with a layer of Marisula cheese

Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
