Tofu meatballs
Overview
Recently, I am obsessed with all kinds of meatballs. This dish is inspired by poached tofu. Because it has mutated, it is also called tofu meatballs. This dish uses simple ingredients, tastes delicious, and is easy to operate. It is also very dignified when used as a banquet dish. Ingredients: tofu, ham and carrots. Material diagram. The hard edges of tofu need to be removed. It is best to use northern tofu. Newly bought tofu should be soaked with water to avoid too much water. Egg white and yolk separated.

Remove the sides of the tofu and crush it into puree. You can pass it through a sieve to make it finer.

Roughly chop carrots and ham. Place in food processor.

Cover and chop ingredients manually. Open the lid in the middle, push the larger ingredients on the cup wall into the cup, shake the machine again, and cut the ingredients to a satisfactory level.

Add the chopped carrots and ham into the chopped tofu.

Pour the egg white into the cooking cup. The egg white here needs to be mixed with the filling, so there is no need to clean the cup. Shake to mix evenly.

Pour into the filling and add a little salt. Add starch and mix evenly.

Form into balls.

Place on a plate, steam in a pot, and wait until the water boils, 10 minutes.

In the meantime, you can blanch the green vegetables.

Add broth to a small pot and bring to a boil, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, pour starch water to make gravy, add appropriate amount of cooking oil here and stir evenly. The light soy sauce here can be omitted or reduced, and the dishes will be different.

After the meatballs are out of the pan, put the green vegetables on top and pour the gravy over them.
