Add a spoonful of salt to the boiling water and stir well. Soak the tofu in the boiling water for 15 minutes.

Chop the garlic, add a small amount of water to the starch and stir it into water starch, chop the green onions, and add a spoonful of minced garlic chili sauce.

Add one tablespoon of oil, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, 5 grams of sugar, and one tablespoon of water to the minced garlic and stir into a sauce.

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, remove one side, add garlic chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add a tablespoon of stock and simmer for about three minutes.
