Overview

I bought the squid tentacles before the Spring Festival. I was too busy to clean them up. When I saw them, the skin of the squid tentacles was dyed red. Quickly pack it up, tear off the outer membrane, clean it, and blanch it. During the festival, I thought about using it to make some squid and vegetable pancakes that the children like, and put some tomato sauce on it. Unexpectedly, it was snatched up by the children as soon as it was served. It seems to be more favored by the children than the big fish and meat.

  6. Heat the pan and pour oil. When the oil is 60% hot, scoop out a ladle of batter and fry until golden brown on both sides.
