Wash the pig's feet, shave off the hair and cut into pieces.

Soak the soybeans one hour in advance.

Finally add water and star anise, cover tightly and bring to a boil. (The amount of water should cover half of the pig’s feet)

Cover tightly and bring to a boil. If you don't have a pressure cooker, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender and tender, about 45 minutes.
