Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch in salt water

Garlic and ginger cut into small pieces

Heat oil in a pot, add appropriate amount of watercress, ginger and garlic, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Add chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and pour in the tofu

Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes

Take out of the pan and sprinkle with appropriate amount of peppercorns and coriander
