Spicy Pipa leg meat cubes
Overview
Every time I eat out, I always order spicy chicken. What I get is a spicy and dry taste, which is very exciting. But every time I see there are always more peppers and hot peppers than meat, which makes it very unpleasant to eat. So I made a meaty one at home. Since the meat of Pipa legs is relatively tender, I modified it and made this spicy Pipa leg meat cubes.

Shave the bones out of the pipa legs and cut the meat into cubes for later use.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, onion, ginger and garlic to the diced meat and marinate for half an hour.
