Chestnut roasted pork ribs
Overview
Chestnut roasted chicken is a classic dish, but it’s also very good with roasted pork ribs! Chestnut is suitable for the elderly with kidney deficiency, especially for middle-aged and elderly people with back pain, weakness in legs and feet, and frequent urination!

Chestnuts should be washed and cooked in a pot first, then peeled and set aside

Pork ribs in cold water

After boiling, take it out and set aside

Take another pot, add appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and ginger

Then add the pork ribs and stir-fry together

Add dried chili peppers, cooking wine, and soy sauce and stir-fry until browned

Add 2 large bowls of hot water, cover and simmer

Boil until half of the water is reduced, stir in the chestnuts and carrots, add seasoning salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices and vinegar

When the water dries up, turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
