Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Add the lean meat: soy sauce, pepper, sugar, cornstarch, minced ginger, minced garlic, oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Chop some green onion and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add noodles and cook for about six minutes.

When the noodles are cooked, add the marinated lean meat and cook for one to two minutes.

Just adjust the appropriate amount of salt and oil.

Put the chopped green onions into a large bowl.

Pour the noodles into the bowl and a bowl of hot noodle soup is completed.
