Pan-fried zucchini
Overview
Recently, I learned a new kind of Korean home-cooked dish, pan-fried zucchini and Korean dipping sauce. This is the essence of this dish and it has a unique taste. If you are interested in children's shoes, come and try it out!

Prepare materials.

Wash and slice the zucchini; beat the eggs and cut the red and green peppers into rings.

Season with a pinch of salt.

Dip the zucchini slices in flour.

Dip in another layer of egg wash.

Place in pan and fry.

After one side is fried, garnish each slice of zucchini with red and green pepper rings, then flip and fry until golden brown.

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of minced green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and mix all the dipping ingredients evenly.
