Ingredients include onions, green peppers, red peppers, and garlic cloves.

Cut the garnishes into small pieces.

Use black pepper juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, starch and water to make a sauce.

Drain the denim ribs with kitchen paper, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan.

Fry until both sides are caramelized and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic cloves until fragrant.
