Steps

  1. Remove the scales and belly of the fish and wash it. Chop green onions and coriander.

  2. Remove the fish meat. (The removed head and bones can be added with sauerkraut to make another soup).

  3. Add the fat pork and mince it into puree, put it in a basin and set aside.

  4. Add salt, fish sauce, chicken essence, pepper, flour and cornstarch, stir in the same direction while adding the onion and ginger water, stir until strong.
