French Pudding【Cherry Clafoutis】
Overview
Cherry clafoutis, also known as cherry custard pudding, originated in Limousin, France, and is a classic French family dessert. Authentic clafoutis uses locally produced Correze black cherries. The cherries generally do not need to be seeded because the cherry seeds can well lock in the moisture of the cherries. During the baking and heating process, an almond-like flavor will also be produced. The milk in the recipe can be replaced with light cream. The baking process is very simple. The taste is between pudding and cake. It is a snack that uses less ingredients but tastes great. It has the sweet and sour taste of cherries and the aroma of custard. It tastes better after being refrigerated~~ The cherries in the recipe can also be replaced by other fruits, such as strawberries, apricots, plums, apples and other fruits with sweet and sour taste
