Home-cooked rice noodles with minced meat
Overview
I especially like to eat minced meat rice noodles, but there is too little minced meat sold outside, and I don’t feel confident. It’s better to make it yourself, and it tastes better😊

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the soaked rice noodles, stir constantly, and cook until there is no white core

Pour the cooked rice noodles through cold water and remove.

Chop the green onions into slices and cut the coriander into sections

Pour the seasoning on the rice noodles (including 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of mature vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of garlic juice, half a spoon of sesame oil, 2 spoons of sesame oil), and then add 3 spoons of minced meat

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, chopped green onion, and coriander

Add the stock and stir evenly. If you don’t have broth, just add boiling water and it will taste good
