  1. Soak the clams in light salt water and rinse them several times to spit out the sand

  2. Then add shredded ginger, rice wine, and pepper to the water, then add the clams and cook until the clams open

  3. Peel the flesh out of the shellfish and wash it again to completely remove the sand

  4. Mix fresh shrimps with pepper and rice wine, marinate for a few minutes, then chop

  5. Put all the pork filling, clam meat, and minced shrimp into a basin, add salt, pepper, rice wine, butter and minced ginger

  7. Chop the leeks and add them. Mix the leeks with oil evenly to lock in the moisture of the leeks
