Seafood dumplings are my son’s favorite flavor. He especially loves seafood, but he doesn’t like dumplings. They are made with seafood

Soak the clams in light salt water and rinse them several times to spit out the sand

Then add shredded ginger, rice wine, and pepper to the water, then add the clams and cook until the clams open

Peel the flesh out of the shellfish and wash it again to completely remove the sand

Mix fresh shrimps with pepper and rice wine, marinate for a few minutes, then chop

Put all the pork filling, clam meat, and minced shrimp into a basin, add salt, pepper, rice wine, butter and minced ginger

Stir evenly in one direction to coat the meat

Chop the leeks and add them. Mix the leeks with oil evenly to lock in the moisture of the leeks

Mix the leeks and meat filling evenly

Knead the dough into a dough and roll it into a wrapper to make dumplings

Cook and eat
