Soak the beef repeatedly and change the water. Complete removal of blood

Pour beef under cold water, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, onion and ginger. After the water boils, remove the onion and ginger, and take out the beef

Pour all the ingredients into the pressure cooker

Add appropriate amount of warm water and salt

Pressure cooker 37 minutes, choose the time according to your own pot

When the beef comes out of the pot, add some beef powder. If not, add chicken essence.
