Add appropriate amount of pepper, soy sauce and salt to the minced garlic, stir well and set aside.

Open the corn clams with a knife, clean them, and arrange them on a plate.

Add the vermicelli and minced garlic, steam for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Open the lid of the pot, put the chopped green onion and chili pepper on the vermicelli (as shown in the picture), boil the oil and pour it into each clam.
