Steamed tofu with minced pork in oyster sauce
Overview
I watched a TV show and was introduced to a dish of steamed tofu, and I learned how to make it the next day. I didn't expect this dish to be so popular. Several dishes on the table had leftovers, except for the tofu, which was turned upside down early on. I couldn't say it was satisfying and delicious! My family doesn't like spicy food, so adding some chili sauce would give it a different flavor.
