Stir-fried Pork with Bean Curd

Stir-fried Pork with Bean Curd

Overview

I really like this dish, but I haven't made it much in the past two years. Firstly, because the old man doesn't eat yuba, and secondly, I don't know what to put in the yuba now. I fry and stew it casually, but it doesn't turn into a lump. This was not the case when I was a child, so I always eat it with anxiety, fearing that I have consumed too many chemicals, and I am too lazy to cook it. Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, our relatives actually gave us a pack of yuba. Well, now we have something to eat😃.

Steps

  1. To break the yuba, just break it off with your hands, because I found that the yuba now is oily. If I soak it in water to soften it before cutting, I have to wash the oily cutting board more, so I just break it off with my hands and do less washing.
