I was too busy at work during the week and got up late on weekends. I rummaged through the refrigerator and found only these materials. Make a delicious and easy noodle meal! I have time to upload pictures today!

Cut the onions, green peppers and cowpeas and set aside. Steam the fresh noodles in the pot for 10 minutes. The steaming time can be extended or shortened depending on the thickness of the noodles.
