Beef in sour soup
Overview
Recently I fell in love with the seasoning of sour soup, and tried to make it with beef. The soup was sour and spicy, and the beef was soft and delicious.

Buy fresh beef ribs, wash them, soak them for a while, and change the water twice.

Cut the knife into small pieces.

Pour into a pot of cold water and add cooking wine.

Boil the water and set aside. After the water boils, knock off the blood foam and keep the pot boiling for two minutes.

Wash the beef again, add another pot of water and add onion and ginger.

The fire comes to a boil.

Pour in a portion of sour soup and fat beef ingredients (I used thick soup from Baojia, you can buy it if you like) and simmer over low heat for an hour.

Cover and simmer until the beef is tender and then turn off the heat.

When eating, you can add a little salt to adjust the saltiness according to your preference, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
