Pork and cabbage pot stickers
Overview
Most of the pot stickers eaten outside are pure meat, and some also have some soup. However, the pot stickers I eat at home are just boiled dumplings in a different way. If you eat too much, you can occasionally boil them and fry them. The same thing will taste different with different cooking methods.

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the Chinese cabbage, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, mix well and marinate.

Minced pork.

Chop green onion and ginger.

Add minced meat, green onions, and minced ginger to the cabbage, then add fresh chili powder, pepper, salt, sugar, and light soy sauce.

Stir vigorously in one direction.

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and use a spoon to spread a layer of water around it.

Put appropriate amount of dumpling filling.

Tuck it shut and wrap it up.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the wrapped dumplings and add some water.

Boil the water over medium heat, fry for a few seconds, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
