Put the black bean powder into the container.

Add wheat flour.

Add sugar.

Add yeast powder and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of water and mix evenly to form a batter.

After the batter has risen, add raisins and stir evenly.

Take an egg tart tray and brush it with a little oil.

Add batter until 7 or 8 minutes full.

Add a few raisins.

Place the tart tray filled with batter into a steamer and steam until cooked.
