  1. Remove the brown rice.

  2. Add the rice and washed quinoa together.

  3. Wash potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes.

  4. Soaked Mushrooms

  5. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and blanch them, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, cooking wine starch, mix well and marinate for a while.
