Steps

Carrots are steamed and pureed.

The raw materials are kneaded to the expansion stage with oil and then fermented at room temperature until 2-2.5 times in size.

Deflate the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Knead into a cone shape.

Roll into an inverted triangle.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Place in a baking pan in a warm and moist place for secondary fermentation.

Brush the fermented dough evenly with egg wash. (Egg liquid can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1.)

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
