Strawberry cheesecake

Overview

The children have been sick these past few days, but the older one is fine, except for a runny nose. I had vomiting and diarrhea when I was little, and then I had a fever, which made me really not in the mood to cook, so I just cooked some porridge every day. In the afternoon, I have to drag the little one to pick up the older one. Fortunately, everything is fine now, and I can rest assured. Before I made cheesecake, I heard it was delicious, but I really couldn’t imagine the texture and taste that makes people who like it want it. After I made it and ate it, I realized that it was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating it. It's just my first time doing it, so there are some areas that need improvement. I hope I can improve the appearance next time.

  1. Put the butter and caster sugar in a bowl and heat over water until the butter melts.

  2. Add the other ingredients for the tart shell, mix with a spatula to form a dough, and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  3. Take out the refrigerated dough and put it directly into a 6-inch cake mold and slowly flatten the tart crust with your hands. (It is best to put oil paper on the bottom of the cake mold so that it can be cut later. This is my first time and I did not put oil paper on it. The tart crust will stick to the cake mold when I cut it later).

Pour hot water into the baking pan, place it on the bottom layer, 210 degrees, turn the heat up and down, put the cake mold on the grill, bake the middle layer for about 10 minutes until the surface is colored, then move the grill to the second to last layer, and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
