Walnut vegetarian fried noodles
Overview
Fried noodles are more difficult to make than fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. The old method of others is to boil the noodles first and then stir-fry them in cold water. I find it troublesome, so I use the method of frying the buns in water, adding water and boiling them until they are cooked. When the water is dry, continue to stir-fry them. It is simple and delicious.
