Shrimp, celery and tofu soup
Overview
I made tofu with celery fat, and added some shrimp to it to make tofu soup. It was tender, but it was too cooked and crumbled and it didn’t look good!

I cut the celery-fat tofu I made into small pieces. I cut it too small

Remove the intestines from the shrimps, wash them and marinate them with cooking wine, salt and ginger juice for a while

Heat the oil in the pan, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color and serve

Add a large bowl of stock to the pot

Let green beans go first

Add the tofu cubes and bring to a boil

Then add fried shrimps
-
After the soup boils, add wet starch to thicken

Just pour a few drops of sesame oil on it

Remove from pan and plate
