Overview

I made tofu with celery fat, and added some shrimp to it to make tofu soup. It was tender, but it was too cooked and crumbled and it didn’t look good!

  1. I cut the celery-fat tofu I made into small pieces. I cut it too small

  2. Remove the intestines from the shrimps, wash them and marinate them with cooking wine, salt and ginger juice for a while

  3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color and serve

  4. Add a large bowl of stock to the pot

  5. Let green beans go first

  6. Add the tofu cubes and bring to a boil

  7. Then add fried shrimps

  8. After the soup boils, add wet starch to thicken

  9. Just pour a few drops of sesame oil on it

  10. Remove from pan and plate
