Steamed dumplings with pork, green pepper and bean sprouts
Overview
I recently learned a lot from the auntie in the company cafeteria, one of which is bean sprout steamed dumplings. What we are talking about here is soybean sprouts. Soybean sprouts contain an interferon bioactive agent, which can increase antibiotics in the body and increase the body's anti-viral and anti-cancer capabilities. In Korean dramas, bean sprouts are also highly praised. Whether it is wraps, mixed side dishes, or bean sprout soup, you can see Mr. Bean Sprout everywhere. This was the first time I used bean sprouts to make steamed dumplings. Because I thought the color was a bit monotonous, I added some sweet green peppers to match. In this way, in addition to the pink meat, there are also silvery white bean sprouts and green green peppers in the filling, which makes it pleasant to eat. Moreover, it is also very rich in nutrition. There are endless cooking possibilities, try more things you have never cooked before, develop more delicious food, and share it with your family~~
