Cantonese Style Cured Meat Claypot Rice

Slice bacon, slice sausage.

Apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the stone pot.

After washing the rice for 2 people, soak it for about 30 minutes and pour it into a stone pot and add water. The ratio of water to rice is approximately 1:1.5.

After the rice boils, simmer over low heat. When the water is almost dry, place the sausage and bacon on top of the rice and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
